Patches - Patches are little 50x50 avatar-like things, very similiar to codes in fanlistings. These are put up on your site to show that you are a member of a club. I've never actually seen these used before, so it's sort of a new concept. =/ They aren't neccesary, but the ones in this club are moderately good-looking, so they'll help with making your site look ever better (plus, they'll help get more traffic to this site ;3). =3 So, if you want, put one up on your site after joining.
